Stayed here during my Amritsar visit. Wanted to stay here as wanted to stay close to Golden temple, Jallianwala bagh, Heritage road and Maharaja Ranjit Singh ji Statue. Very comfortable stay for 2 nights. Very helping staff. Only thing I missed here was an in-house restaurant. Otherwise one of the most comfortable stays for me and my family. Kudos to the hotel staff. Special kudos to security staff as he was very diligent in opening the doors for the guests without missing once.

Horrible stay, the property is ancient and nothing in the room works, the tv the ac, water leakage, termite infested wooden panels, floor unclean.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bathroom was also neat and tidy. Excellent location. It was opposite to mcd at town hall. Staff was also very polite and cooperative. Definitely worth staying.

Average stay. Location was the best point. Prime location. But hotel staff needs to be more customer friendly. Hotel is least bothered about your stay. If you book via mmt you will never get front view room, they reserve it for on hotel booking customers. Didnt like this concept as amount to be paid is same for both customers.

Room was not as per desription. Room had view of backside of hotel and staff refused to give us frontside room stating that the ac was not working. Disappointed.
