Worst experience I ever had.
I booked the hotel and when I checked in the hotel the rooms and washrooms are so dirty.
The staff is behaving very badly.there were no towels in the room and when is asked for the towels they said we dont have towels.

Location is good but the service and staff is very hopeless not at all worth the price its just near and thats the only reason i guess people are staying here overall very irritating stay it.. I lost a key card and they charged half the amount of my stay for a day ...

Booked 4 rooms for family : Terrible experience, Terrible room service, Extra bedding not provided for kids, AC in 2 rooms were not functional, fridge was missing in 1 room. Room was not ready at checkin time. Only location is good rest everything about this hotel was terrible. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The overall experience is below avg, i booked a room for 3 and waited for hours to get the extra bedding, the blanket was less then acceptable but you would take anything at that point. forget that i was expecting a 2nd bed as per pic or description but leave that aside. The overall room service was super slow. Maybe call them 3 or 4 times then they might get you water. The washroom was clean thats a plus point
