I complained the manager .The beds were very uncomfortable. If you sit on it, it went deep on the floor. The was no air in the room. Many customers in front of me were screaming and yelling at the manager. every room in the hotel had no ventilation to breathe.. The air conditions were not working, and I had to leave the door open to sleep plus the room was smelly. some of the customers left with the same complaint smelly room, no air in the room too. I am very, very disappointed,with the same amount I could have picked a better hotel. Some customers were asking for refund.
