New, modern property close by the airport, stayed here to enjoy the serenity of the surrounding and escape the hectic "chowks" of amritsar. Beautifully appointed rooms and bathrooms with quality toiletries. Bedding was very comfortable. Service was excellent on all departments, food and breakfast was great

Sagar at the reception and Parmeshwar the restaurant manager were very hospitable and courteous.. the trip overall was a good experience

In all aspects a wonderful hotel! Staff, food, spa, room, etc are perfect

Really nice five star hotel

From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the service was exceptional. The hotel had a really nice welcome feel to it and the staff were really welcoming too. The buffet was great and had a variety to suit everyone’s needs. A huge shout out to Daljit, the bar staff who showed great customer service and served with an amazing smile! I will definitely be back soon

Recently, I visited Amritsar, and stayed at Le Meridien Amritsar for 2 nights (as a part of a social group). Right from the arrival till departure, I felt like being at home. Comfy, cozy room, on high floor with a view towards airport runway, has all modern amenities with nice interiors. Tarun, who provided all logistic support right from airport pick, local run, and return transfer to airport, came across as great support all the time. He is interactive and suggest good tips about sight-seeing, and appears to be a great support as Concierge. Wishing him and Le-Meridien a great success ahead. Thanks for making my stay a memorable one :)

Very very bad experience in Hotel Le Meridien Amritsar. Service was very Poor. food Quality was not up to the mark. Staff service was very bad.my overall experience was very very bad.I will never come to this hotel again.I asked to restaurant manger regarding service issue.i am not happy with le Meridien services.

The checkin experience set the tone. Shalu checked me in. It was quick and smooth. She handed me the key and 1 asked if my credit card was needed. She replied no and I was surprised. She continued and her words were, "Sir, thank you for being a Titanium Elite member. We trust you. You have been loyal to us. We trust you. You can settle the charges upon checkout." That was a WOW experience after 8 years of loyalty. This is the first time someone has positioned it so eloquently. Simple, effective and common sense exercised. Well done Shalu and to the management for empowering her. Rest of Marriott group, this is something you can learn from here. You have enough data and Al on US at your disposal. The hotel is less than 2 years old. Very nice property. Food and service is great. Huge shout out to Rahul and Daljit who will delightfully serve you with a huge smile. They definitely know how to engage and take care of their guests. Finally, thank you Angad for making my stay comfortable. Will definitely be back when in Amritsar.

Amazing experience at Le Meridian and great work by the team. Went on a business trip and the support by the hotel staff helped making the whole experience smooth and easy. Had a great time. Good and safe place to stay. Will definitely visit next time.

Slightly disappointed with this hotel after reading the reviews. There were several niggles that should not have hapoened. After getting in the shower my husband discovered the shower gel bottle to be empty. A few members of our party also had issues such as dirty bedding and a dirty dressing gown. Dinner was served at 7.00pm but on our second night we arrived at 7.00 and the food was not ready until after 8.00pm. This was put to the Assistant Manager and his reply was sometimes it opens at 7.00 and sometimes 8.00???

Beautiful ambience with delicious, yummy breakfast displayed in an authentic manner. The colorful vibe of this hotel is awesome and outstanding. Rooms are super comfortable and peaceful. The staff and other representatives are so humble, concerned and supportive. I really like this thing in this hotel that the owner of this hotel personally visits and goes out of the way to make available to the customer anything they require through his scintillating team. Chef Ajay Rawat is so talented and wonderful and cook mouthwatering dishes.
