we stayed for 2 days and geysers were not working they provided us rod to warm to water with only one bucket. Need to ask everything like water, coffee, sugar which should be in room prior to check in. Overall below average , only good part is that it’s close to Golden Temple and connectivity is good.

checkin wasn't good. I was put into a lower grade room initially. When I confronted they put me into the room I booked for.
But again they put my guets into different room and not the city view one.
They towels, bedsheets were very dirty.
They don't provide any heating ssrvice.
My parents were put into a room with no windows or balconies even though I paid for a city view room.

We had here for 2 Night . Rooms was pretty Good . Very neat and Clean . Food was mouthwatering , Special Home style Chicken Was Realy Good . Chef Mr Gopal is a Nice person . Thanks team Regalia Grand for making our stay more comfortable. Thanks again.

Besh hotel in the amritsar Gud service Best staff Best to best staf Book stay in the amritsar regalia grand ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best food 🥝🥑 Good room and bathroom We had a great experience with our family this is hotel has an awesome Moreover we enjoyed with unstoppable wifi connection also. I have stay in 26 room.

My name is Swati Sharma. I have stayed in room 104. Room is good, hotel is absolutely fine. My check in time was 1. 00 a.m approx, guy in the night shift was really nice. He has that hospitality element in him but the illiterate, irresponsible and arrogant guys who work during morning shift has no respect to handle any guest.
