One of the best hotel and food was amazing

Good foods & Resturant

Great place and service

The hotel is in a good location, close to all the attractions. The room is large and the facilities are relatively new. The service is good, and there is a dedicated person to check in. The hotel's dining is very good, with many choices for breakfast and dinner, and the taste is also good, suitable for Chinese stomachs.

The room is big and the buffet restaurant has a lot of food, but I can't eat enough.

Hotels in Sri Lanka generally have low value for money, and most of the well-known heritage hotels have outdated facilities. In comparison, Golden Crown is a relatively new hotel with fairly complete facilities. The location is good and the lobby decoration is very unique. It happened to be Valentine's Day when we checked in, and red balloons were placed on the bed, which was very warm.

Average room, not worth the price, breakfast is ok

I did not expect the hotel such a gem till I arrived to the door steps with a grand welcome. I was surprised with huge lobby and the entrance. The best came from the front office staff who checked us in and called to check in the room if everything is good. I had that experience in Shangri La Bangkok. Then during dinner, more surprises were waiting! Every single staff from the host to waiters supers manager, cooks and chefs were very friendly and happy on whatever they are doing. Had a chance to speak the GM himself. What a charming and very friendly guy. His charismatic personality the reason for the staff excellent behaviour. Have not this great service in a such long time. Keep up the good work guys and we will surely come back soon. Thank you

Ajith in the savana restaurant is gold. The hotel overall is beautiful the view to die for. Our experience 9.5 out of 10. Restaurant in the hotel is good and the Spa named Lamaa is also very professional. The room service is quick and good.For someone coming from Dubai the greenery and the weather in January is breathtaking

I believe that this hotel is a 3 max 4 star, staff was lovely and sweet the only thing is they do alot of standing around, the room I was in was dirty the toilet had stains I had to call guest services 5 times to fix the air con and there was no hot water or water pressure, the smoke detector was covered in plastic soo idk how that's okay? I would say to stay here for 1 or 2 days max and CHECK YOUR DAY TRIP and how far away they are!

The rooms were very nice,buffet spread was very large with plenty of nice cuisine ,good desert spread,nice hospitality,good infinity pool.good cooperative staff ,good place to celebrate your special occasion in this hotel .junior suite room was very large with jacuzzi.
