Good location, smack in the middle of the city (difficult to drive, easy to cab). Staff are friendly but they might be too busy. Asked for some toiletries and ice, it was slow to reach us. fridge not wining in the hotel

Standards very low had no hot water, broken window and dangerously stiff shower door. Shower door actually shattered causing injury. Management not interested in my injury and blamed me. I would never stay there again even the breakfast was not great with a dangerously plugged in toaster.

The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was good. The room was clean and modern looking. They have a small workout room but the equipment is rather worn out. There is a pool but it is outdoors so it wasn't filled this time of year. There is a bar in the lobby and a spacious restaurant. Had breakfast there and they set out a large selection. This hotel is not in a prime location, so a taxi or Uber is needed to get to places. Don't exchange money at the hotel, the rates are terrible.

Most of us in the group had problems with the condition of the bathroom and the towels provided to us. The service was also very slow, perhaps due to the heavy rush of tourists to this Hotel. I had to remind 3 times for bath Towels, which were not kept in the bathroom, I had to change the room due to water logging in the bathroom. The Towels were old and worn out. The staff at the Reception try their best to help but seems they are under-staffed. There is a Pub attached to the Hotel but the rates are expensive. The Hotel is located in a posh neighbourhood, which is an advantage.

I stayed here quite a few times during my Amman visit. Hotel is in a nice area however there isn’t much of activity or business or nightlife near the hotel it’s mostly a residential zone. The food every night was included and so was the breakfast. Staying here for multiple stays unnoticed the food it’s pretty much the same it was ok but not superb. Staff are very accommodating and friendly but pretty much everyone in Jordan is always smiling and friendly. It was easy to get Ubers back and forth during the stay here. The rooms and bathrooms of every one of the three different rooms I stayed in were of very good standard and quality.

This hotel was part of my G-Adventures tour & I was very pleasantly surprised. I went in not expecting much at all. All of the staff were super friendly. The room was adequate. The breakfast was nice. The decor / lobby was modern looking. The wifi worked well for me but were spotty for some in my tour group. The location is not great, you would need Uber to get around as there’s nothing within walking distance.

Do not stay in this hotel. I came with a tour group saying it was 4* but it is less than a 3*. Breakfast and dinner both horrible. Same old same old every day. Not even plain water is offered at dinner. Being a Muslim country they should know it is Sunnah to give water. However, if your diet is mainly salad then there are plenty different types. They have bread in the morning but no toaster. Bathroom is also a disaster. If you use the douche, all your clothes get wet. The shower head has a crack that sprays water outside of the shower screen which floods the bathroom floor so when finished you step out into pool of water. Now talking about beds, me and my 2 children stayed in one room with 3 single beds. The most uncomfortable beds you could have. I don't think they are even proper beds. Pillows are horrible too. The room size is OK if you are spending time sightseeing. WiFi hardly any signal in the room. I would never stay in this hotel again. This hotel is not suitable for Europeans unless they are staying 1/2 nights if nothing else available.

unfriendly nor professional employees When we arrived, the guard director met us at the outdoor with a severe grimace and he did not welcome us and did not move. In order for me to pass into the main door of the hotel, I had to go around him. When I wanted to leave, I waited for my car key for a quarter of an hour in the street until they brought me the key. When I entered my car into the parking lot, I waited ten minutes until they moved the car blocking my car, and they did not intervene until I asked for their help.

I arrived in the early hours of the morning, the day before my GAdventure tour, and my driver (private transfer booked before arrival) and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was in the tower building with a huge double bed overlooking the pool area. Basic but comfortable room. Powerful shower. 2 free bottles of water a day. TV did not work but it didn't bother me. Fantastic air conditioning! WiFi touch and go. I completely lost it in the lobby and had to constantly log back in. Everything was nice and clean but slightly dated. Out the front is a seating area (smoking area) one side and an American style bar on the other side selling alcohol and food. Very nice. There is a small supermarket just up the road but be careful as the paths/roads are unlevel, steep and broken etc., Nothing else within walking distance I was told. Very busy road as there is a school opposite hotel. The chaos makes quite enjoyable viewing to be honest. The pool is small but adequate. However, at 2pm ish the sun is blocked by the building. Breakfast is an event. Bread and cakes at one end of the room. Lukewarm food down the centre. A mix of jams and spreads on the other end and an omelet/pancake station to the side. Last day of my trip we returned to this hotel for one night. This time my room was in the main building over looking the lobby. 2 x single beds, much the same as previous room but much, much noisier. Staff were lovely and friendly.

A very nice and confortable hotel, situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Amman. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and spacious. Lots of choice during the breakfast buffet. We also had dinner one night and it was very good as well! For our group it was a perfect start of our Jordan tour!
