Strategic areas , good Staff , good price for transport tour

Located is good place.

It was so good. The accommodation was clean and had a good view of the Roman theater. Also, the location was the best. The counter staff were very friendly. The tours provided by this accommodation were very satisfying, so I highly recommend you do them.

The hotel is in a very excellent location, and the service was very friendly and helpful, but there was a problem with the internet, it was very weak, maybe because I was on the fourth floor, but we were very bored with the internet, other than that we had a very good stay, thank you very much

Although the room is a bit old, there is a cafeteria on the fifth floor with views of the old city and the Roman Theater. Very comfortable and cozy

Hotel had a great rooftop with beautiful views over the city. The staff were super friendly. Louis was also amazing at organising a tailored tour. I was a solo female traveller and felt in very safe hands with Louis and his drivers. I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Thanks to Lui, we had an amazing tour organized for us from Amman to Aqaba, covering Petra, the Dead Sea, Mount Nebo, and Wadi Rum. It's a two star hotel so we have no high expectations. However, it was a good experience in a local downtown vibe. The cleanliness of the room was average but the breakfast was quite poor. On the second day they were late and no water provided..

Basic Hotel but I liked it , i have stayed in amman 4 nights and it is located in the heart of the city , i had a great time at this hotel . I have stayed there because my freinds have recommended it to me , they have good service and the rooms are clean and big .

The rooms are a decent size and the hotel is in a good location, right opposite the Roman forum. They do a decent breakfast, there is a nice rooftop cafe with excellent views. The price is also good. However, the rooms are a bit battered. There was no shower curtain, the water pressure was low with water either scolding hot or freezing. The rooms are dirty, you feel you come out of the shower dirtier than when you went in. I'm not convinced the floor had been hoovered from the people before. There was a TV but no remote or way to operate it. We had to ask for towels and they don't clean the rooms during your stay, but will give you more toilet roll and clean towels if you ask at reception. There is ridiculously loud music coming from the rooftop terrace early in the evenings. There are worse places to stay in Amman, but if I was going again I would pay more and get something decent.

I had a wonderful time in Jordan. Just because of Pasha tours at Pasha hotel. The hotel room are bit average but after all my research work I can for sure say no one can arrange better Jordan tour than Pasha tours. They made my stay the best of my life

Lovely and friendly staff, amazing rooftop restaurant, and receptionists who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home. Louie was there for anything you could possibly need, and he also sorted me out for affordable tours and transport all around Jordan (Jerash, Irbid, Ajloun, Umm Qais, Petra, Wadi Rum etc). If you’re a budget traveller, this is the hotel for you, but if simple accommodation isn’t your style, then absolutely use the services like the tours and restaurant at least once if you can :)

Well located in middle of good historic sites and Jordan museum. Hotel is budget and rooms are very old and very basic. However talking to the new owner they are doing up the rooms so I’d expect they will get better. Roof top restaurant which, has been renovated, has amazing views and food was good. Recommend the nachos. Was called pizza Roma, now called Pasha Roof top. Staff very helpful and arranged a doctors appointment for one of our kids who had an ear infection. ( Jordan hospital was very good). Breakfast was good, however you had to buy water.
