I was greeted at the hotel by friendly staff who checked me in very quickly. The room was very clean with a good shower and comfortable clean bed. Breakfast was a buffet style with eggs to order and a good variety. I used the Spa for massage and shave which were great. The hotel is close to the main attractions and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is rigorously managed and the service is friendly, patient and thoughtful. In particular, the travel consultation can make the best arrangements based on the needs of the guests. The travel service is of high quality and reasonable cost, which saves guests money. The breakfast is in line with the local actual situation, mainly vegetarian and hygienic.

The hotel provides airport pick-up and scenic spot pick-up services. It is about two or three kilometers away from the city center and major attractions. The hotel is small, but the rooms are large, the facilities are relatively complete, and the service is very good.

Everything was perfect. They gave us a superior room for the price of the one we booked. Very friendly service!

Very good, the front desk is very nice, I keep staying here. Clean and hygienic, the room is fragrant, there is a mosque next door, there is a large balcony, the lighting is sufficient, and parking downstairs is convenient. Recommended

The welcome parking and drink service is easy to find on the street and not noisy. You can see the mosque from the balcony outside the window. The scenery is very good. It is a very welcoming country and city. Living in the old town is still comfortable. The breakfast tastes okay, and the experience is good with not many guests. It's not far from Castle Hill and the Roman Theater, so self-driving is very suitable.

The worst hotel I stayed in during my entire trip to Jordan. The hotel is on a mountain, and you have to walk a long way to get anywhere. There is nothing to eat, drink, or have fun nearby. What's worse is that the hotel's hygiene is really worrying. The sheets and quilt covers are completely pilling, and they scratch on my body. And the hotel's sound insulation is extremely poor, and you can hear a fart next to you. The sound of other guest rooms closing doors is so loud that it affects my sleep. Such a bad hotel, more than 200 yuan is worse than sleeping on the street! Facilities: Not as good as a 100 yuan hotel in China. Hygiene: It's so bad, the quilts and sheets are pilling. Environment: There is nothing in the surrounding environment, and it is still halfway up the mountain, so it is inconvenient to go anywhere. I don't know what I was thinking at the time, living in such an inconvenient place. Service: The service is okay, but I am looking forward to your tip.

Quiet, more suitable for business trips; not recommended for travel, and it is not very convenient to travel to nearby restaurants;

Great location, right at the heart of the city of Amman. Peaceful locality and friendly staff. The breakfast spread is good. However, couple of areas to focus - the balcony doors (at least in the room we were) didnt close properly and left the room cold. Second, was a challenge to get hot water in the shower (both the flow and the temperature) and lastly the toiletries need to be better. Other than that great place to stay in Amman.

Nice small hotel the staff at the reception very kind helpful the dining room good food but one person to service to do omelette not enough the doorman very helpful & always smile &the spa good special Husam he’s doing good job The hotel is clean except the balcony in the rooms I will come back to this hotel next time &the price is logical

The safe in the room didn’t work, so I hid cash and cards in my luggage when I went out. When I returned, it was obvious someone had opened my luggage- $50 had been stolen. Also , room was extraordinarily noisy- as there was a function going on half the night.
