My time at Buffalo Marriot was amazing. It was mostly due to the outstanding service provided to me by Dawn Braggs. Truly an exceptional worker.

Not bad at all

The hotel is a half-hour drive from the Great Falls. The rooms are average, the facilities are a bit old but fully sanitary, and parking is convenient. Overall, it's not amazing but not disappointing either.

After checking in, there was always the sound of an electric drill. After consulting the hotel customer service, they said that there was always the sound of an electric drill from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. They couldn't change rooms or check out. We checked in before 12:00, so we could only take a break in the lobby. We went to the room several times in the middle. There was always the sound of an electric drill. We waited until 6:00 pm, and the sound stopped before we could go into the room to rest. Then the electric drill started again on time at 8:00 the next day. Such guest rooms should not meet the standards at all. The platform did not clearly inform that the hotel had decoration conditions and quality problems, which violated the legitimate rights and interests of the guests. The hotel failed to provide guests with a good resting place and sufficient rest time. Instead, they were strongly affected and seriously disturbed by the noise, which affected the guests' physical and mental health and made complaints. Environment: Very poor, very poor

Bad management. The room is often not cleaned. The seventh floor is being renovated, and there is a bit of noise from electric drills and hammers.

The environment is very good. I like the swimming pool and gymnasium in the lobby on the first floor.

The stains on the cups on the table are all there, and it is suspected that they have not been wiped, including the bedside table.
