The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the cleaning staff. I ensured that everything was as per we needed and the staff went out of their way to arrange food from outside for us as well. This is the perfect quiet getaway. The pool is very clean too.

Had a wonderful stay at Hills Fort Kasroli in July. The location was serene and refreshing, especially with the monsoon vibes. The food was a standout – fresh, flavorful, and felt home-cooked. An Excellent Stay, Highly Recommended! This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Everything, from the hospitality to the ambience, was exceptional. Hill Fort Kesroli is a stunning heritage property that offers a peaceful escape with breathtaking views and historic charm. The rooms are beautifully maintained, and the entire fort radiates old-world elegance. A big shoutout to Manager Narayan Baral, whose warm and thoughtful hospitality made our stay truly special. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. The food was delicious, the ambiance serene—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Extremely beautiful heritage property..serene beauty and well maintained..loved the rooms which has historic vibes..Mr Narayan at reception was a smiling personality with courteous staff. One thing to mention is that food is super delicious. Overall a memorable stay and will visit again..
