A bit of a weird stay. We were quite excited for a more comfortable hotel experience, but we were overall a bit disappointed by the upkeep of the hotel. The WiFi wasn't working when we arrived and had to be fixed. Hot water was not reliable. At one point the manager asked me if I wanted a bucket to be taken up to our room for a bath. Staff were friendly, but did not always answer the phone when we rang to reception with issues. However, they were able to get us an extra duvet and pillows when we requested. The pool was cloudy and had a pile of rubble next to it. The room was overall okay. The bath had a tilt to the left, and the sealant was coming away. One of the plug sockets had burns around it. The blinds were damaged. Bed was comfortable and clean. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by lots of small things which added up to a bit of a disappointment.

This hotel is like something that has been built, run down, sustained water damage, left abandoned and then reopened without any work or maintenance. Towels are black with filth and bed sheets grey. Rooms are in disrepair. There was no hot water or wi fi in the rooms (only at reception). Nothing at a walkable distance. Claims it was less than 2km to City Centre but more like 4km in the rural outskirts of Alwar with nothing around. Not even taxi drivers knew where this was. Photos on booking sites are NOTHING like the real thing, not even similar. English speaking hotel desk manager, in fairness, did arrange drivers and a city tour, albeit it at over inflated prices (double that of anywhere else). He also gave us a takeaway breakfast both days. Worst Experience Ever !

Property is good. Rooms were neat and food was good, service was also nice. The only let down is their banquet hall which is creating severe problems for people staying in rooms. They are playing music in extreme volume which is really pathetic for someone who is in room. We complained too many time but no one did anything. This is the only reason I am giving star. Also, rats are there inside the room on the AC vent area

Hotel has good facilities but lacks maintainence. It is probably due to inflow of less tourists. Rooms are spacious. Restaurent food is good and it will make your day. Front desk officer Mr. Krishnakant had arranged a cab for us on request for pick up from Jaipur Airport, local sight seeing and drop at Sawai Madhopor. Location is next to bypass road and back side rooms have nice Aravalli View.Overall 4 out of 5 .
