Firstly, the road to the fort is very bad! Second, the fort itself is not well maintained, the rooms are not good - the curtains are hung on wooden rods which kept falling on our heads. The arrangements were not done timely. We checked in at 330 pm. The rooms were not ready. The heritage is not maintained. The only good thing was the food. Thank god for that. Hemant, who seved us, was very polite, nice and very sweet. Rest of the staff just made excuses. Definitely not going back. Neemrana properties are way better!

Property is too inside and they said they would give welcome drink but no welcome drink. There was no water in the middle of the night. Had to call the reception to switch on the Motor and wait for the water. Toothpaste wasn't provided drinking water was not provided in the room

The stay was enjoyable, located in a secluded area away from noise and air pollution. I appreciated the variety of indoor sports, though the table tennis table was not well-maintained. The amenities could have been improved, and overall, it didn’t feel worth ₹11,000 per night.

The upkeep of the property can be better. Washrooms weren’t clean. Food was ok. Recreational activities were less, certainly missed a pool

the nearest market 40 minutes away. Hospitality was disappointing, as the staff seemed inattentive. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and i wouldn’t recommend it to those looking for convenience and good service.

Fort Dadhikar is a heritage property right now turned into a hotel. It is supposed to be 6kn from Alwar city but the road to reach is quite treacherous through the jungle via Bala Quila entrance. Following the jungle area the road takes a picturesque turn ***** hills to reach a point of nothing but the fort on a hill top. There is an entry fee of 250 INR for people not staying there and this gets covered against a cup of tea or coffee at their restaurant. The entry to parking has a steep turn upwards so be careful while you drive up the way. The place has 18 rooms so not enough space for parking. It is a pet friendly place so people who are not pet lovers might not be entertained. The property is colorful with a range of bougainvillea giving it a vibrant feel. The structure is made up like an old fort which is newly constructed. This property does not have lifts or pools and has maintained the rustic look of the fort. The rooms are spacious but badly maintained with not enough staffs attending to the same. The restaurant is quite small with both inside and outside seating areas . The menu range is quite limited. The lunch buffet costs about 1250 INR inclusive of entry fee which is pretty high considering the range of items they showcased. The roof top feels good with the full view of the road and land around. All over an ok place for middle aged adults but touch to take kids or elderly people.
