Tivemos uma estadia excelente! O hotel é perfeito para famílias — tem muitas atividades para as crianças ao longo do dia, o que fez toda a diferença nas férias. O atendimento foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. A localização também é ótima, mesmo perto da praia, e a animação durante todo o dia torna o ambiente muito divertido. Recomendamos e com certeza voltaremos.

Pros: The hotel was clean and everything was new. Cleaners came in everyday. The food at the sit down restaurants was good. The pools were clean and a good temperature. The beach and caves nearby are beautiful. Beds were very comfy and the hotel was quiet at night time. There is a little train that runs from the hotel into the resort for free. Cons: We were told more than once that my partner could not order four drinks after queueing for 20 minutes at the bar. We wanted two beers and two soft drinks for the kids. They said it was a max of 2 drinks per person so were expecting him to queue up for another 20 mins to get two more drinks. After arguing, they gave in. This happened more than once. Shouldn’t need to argue each time you want a drink. Sun beds were hard to come by. After day three, we joined people in getting up early and reserving them. The food in the main buffet was repetitive and they didn’t do any theme nights as other AI do. It’s annoying paying AI prices and then not being able to access certain restaurants and drinks because we didn’t want to pay more for a premium band. Family room was very small and had ants on the floor. Could drink the drinks all night and not be tipsy. Not very strong at all.

We came back a few weeks ago from this amazing hotel. The hotel staff are some of the nicest people we have ever met nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious especially the portugese custard tarts in the coffee van in the big tent. I have a dust mite allergy and our room was always spotless. We really chilled out here and never complained as it was perfect.
