There are 14 rooms per floor. Four of them are extremely small and despite checking in at the earliest money, we were assigned one of these small rooms. The sounds from the bathroom above us were like they were in our room. And the insect nest on our balcony was scary. Photo attached.
Oh and there were zero USB ports in the room. But the front desk were kind enough to lend us one to plug in.
Not a bad hotel but our room was definitely sub standard.

Este é um hotel muito bem localizado, tranquilo, com acesso pedonal à praia. Bons quartos com todas as amenidades, boa piscina, funcionários simpáticos. Muito bom pequeno almoço, com muita variedade. Quarto ótimo com varanda com vista para o mar, cama confortável.

Après un an, nous sommes revenus à Eurotel à Altura. Pour notre part, nous avons toujours la même opinion, vraiment parfait, ça c'est notre avis, l'hôtel, l'accueil, le personnel sont vraiment géniaux. La chambre toujours propre, l'hôtel toujours propre, le petit déjeuner un super buffet avec tous et des produits frais et aussi locaux. Nous avons dîner une fois au buffet du soir aussi variés et très bon, un peu onéreux pour un buffet mais il y a du choix et des produits de qualité cela compense. La piscine nous en avons profité ainsi que le snack de la véranda rien à redire, le personnel au petit soin, les repas au top. On a profité de la plage, parasol et chaises longues. Pour notre part, oui on reviendra à Eurotel d'Altura car on si sent trop bien. A tous le personnel, merci, merci pour votre accueil très chaleureux et votre gentillesse.

Sendo clientes habituais deste hotel, sempre somos surpreendidos positivamente de cada vez que vimos. Quero agradecer á gerência a surpresa que fizeram no aniversário da minha mulher. Ao chegarmos ao quarto tínhamos á espera uma bela garrafa de espumante e um bolinho de aniversário. Muito obrigado. Desde a simpatia e profissionalismo dos colaboradores até ao fantástico pequeno almoço, passando pelos magníficos buffet de jantar, tudo é perfeito. A voltar sempre que possível.

15 jours dans cet hôtel. Chambre très grande , très propre. Nous avons aimé la vue mer, Personnel au top. Accessibilité à la plage immense, par d’innombrables pontons. Un petit bémol sur les plats proposés, en cette période,… Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.

Beautiful area, ideal place to spend a few days enjoying Algarve. Great pool superbe restaurant on the incredible beach. 19km of sand and with 30 degrees celsius what more do you want for October

O Eurotel Altura está sempre se aprimorando e segue oferecendo a melhor opção do Algarve. A equipa presta um excelente serviço, as instalações são muito confortáveis, e a localização é a melhor do Algarve. Recomendo os quartos da categoria "superiore", porque oferecem ótimo conforto. Os quartos da categoria "standard" são diminutos e pouco confortáveis.
