The hotel was rebuilt by hand-made olive oil shop a hundred years ago, retaining its original appearance. We traveled thousands of miles from Beijing, and the reception manager was very helpful and told us the scenic spots around us. The restaurant is also very good, the waiter is proficient in English, is the best restaurant we have ever eaten. I'm sure it'll be recommended to friends.

Loved the hotel. Very old world classy. The staff were very friendly and keen to talk about the hotel and Altea. It seemed that they had been there for a while and loved the hotel and cared for it. English was good as we're the rooms. Very clean and beautiful pool area.

Amazing find. Set slightly out of town this picturesque haven of a hotel was a beautiful stop off destination to explore Altea. Staff were very friendly and the pool area was beautifully secluded and tranquil. Rooms were spotless, comfortable and really well proportioned. Breakfast was simple yet catered for every taste, can not fault this hotel in any way and cannot wait to come back in the summer.

Fuimos a comer el día del padre,y todo muy bien, atención,limpieza,etc. todo perfecto. Tomamos el menú del día del padre, por 40 euros, estaba muy bien. Solo un fallo, el plato principal del menú, pluma de cerdo ibérico, la carne estaba dura y apelmazada, aparentemente se notaba que la habían cocinado el día antes, la habían conservado en frío, y le dieron un golpe de microondas antes de servirla. No se si es como lo he contado, pero lo cierto es que la carne estaba dura y apelmazada
