A very nice hotel. The location and service attitude of the staff are great. It is suitable for family and friends to vacation. There are some different interactive activities arranged every day. The restaurant tastes very good. I will definitely stay here again.

British family of 3 just returned July 2025! Location is brilliant first of all, just outside of altea with about a 15 min walk to the promenade and the hotel provides a round trip bus to the old town but book early as it only has 8 seats and it fills up quick Pool is great with plenty of sunbeds and do not try to put your towels on a bed and head off for breakfast as the staff will remove your towels which is a great idea, if you want a particular bed get there early and use it! Food was 10/10 breakfast is superb with something for everyone of all nationalities and enough fruit, cakes and fresh juice/smoothies to cater to all tastes Evening food just as good with different meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, pizzas, cold meats and kids food, ate out at a few restaurants but my daughter preferred the hotel food The staff are brilliant, can't do enough for you and a little tip, try and speak a bit of spanish even if it's awful it'll go a long way! Rooms are clean and tidy and get made over every day, staff are 10/10 i really can't commend them enough and I final tip most rooms have some sort of a sea view, some are better than others but seriously you cannot go wrong with this hotel at all

A lovely hotel. Gorgeous setting right onto a lovely beach. The beach is pebbly so take your rubber beach shoes! Our room was not huge but adequate and had a lovely sea view. Large pool area which was very busy but somehow never felt overcrowded. Staff were nice. Food was also good - especially the breakfast which had loads of choice and was lovely and fresh. Altea old town is beautiful with white washed buildings and cobbled streets. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. It's about a 30 minute walk from the hotel to the picturesque blue-domed church. The last ten minutes of the walk is very steep which we didn't mind but there's a free shuttle service from the hotel if you need it. There are also some restaurants on the promenade about 10 minutes walk away but we preferred the old town. Thoroughly recommend for a nice relaxing break.

Todo genial desde la limpieza ,las habitaciones grandes todos los accesorios necesarios y cafetera en la habitación el personal de recepcion estupendo,el servicio de la chica que arreglaba habitación inmejorable súper atenta solo por poner una pña pega o ayuda, la playa es de piedras se necesita escarpines para entrar a gusto
