A very nice hotel. The location and service attitude of the staff are great. It is suitable for family and friends to vacation. There are some different interactive activities arranged every day. The restaurant tastes very good. I will definitely stay here again.

Do not book this hotel, it’s like staying in a youth hostel! Full of cycling teams, teenage boys who are very noisy at night. Canteen like being in a uni food hall! No where for us to store cycles as full with the youths! Not a place for couples, very disappointed.

Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, Altea is a good 25 minute walk and nothing near to the hotel. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday base this isnt for you. The hotel is literally overrun with school groups of youths/cyclists. The restaurant is like a hostel canteen, bright lights, tables set for large groups, absolutely no ambience. As I overheard another guest say it feels like you are staying in a youth hostel, that is the vibe throughout. Disappointing.

Situación inmejorable, servicio estupendo, gran hotel bike friendly. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Relajación cerca del mar. Desayuno amplio y de gran calidad. Para volver, muy familiar y entorno deportivo. A un paso de un pueblo emblemático y con encanto.

Ottimo hotel per un ciclista come me. Pozione centrale sia al paese di Altea, molto caratteristico con le sue case tutte bianche come in Grecia, sia a Calpe. Dista 65km da Alicante e 130 da Valencia. Comodo parcheggio esterno. Camera perfetta e di ampia metratura con letti molto grandi, un comodo divano e un balcone per rilassarsi dopo le fatiche. Bike room attrezzata anche con lavatrici ed asciugatrici nonché attrezzi per la manutenzione delle biciclette. Ricchissimo buffet a colazione e a cena. Molto pulito e ordinato. Di sicuro la miglior proposta che abbia visto negli ultimi tre viaggi in Costa Blanca. Veramente consigliatissimo.

A good 1 week stay overall ,thanks. Alejandro was great on arrival. Great view, bed and shower. We paid for a discounted full sea view upgrade on arrival, which was worth it. North end wing sea view rooms get the sun longest. Stylishly refurbished. Try and stay when the cycling teams are not there so you avoid them repairing bikes in the corridors, dropping oil in the lifts and some hanging their washing on their balconies . They require stronger management control. The breakfast room is school- like in layout, arranged for large groups and needs softening with screening for tourist guests. Hot cooked breakfast is poor as the food is cooked hours before and very greasy. The breakfast choice otherwise is good and healthy. Nice bar, pool and terrace but has unnecessary intrusive banging music at times. Our hire car was useful. Good points outweigh those that need improvement. Good but could be exceptional with some management initiative. Enjoy.

We 3 had a lovely week in Altea at this hotel. Lovely welcoming staff at check in, and it was her first week. The room was amazing, large, with a sofa, wonderful view of the sea from the balcony, comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast had an amazing buffet, lots of different foods and great pancakes. We found Inma very helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant twice. Again wonderful choice. The salmon on the first night was perfectly cooked and the next time, the rice and salmon was great. True the food could be hotter, but I don't worry about that. Be careful though, as the price of sangria was €2 at the bar but €3.50 in the restaurant, with no warning and no-one could explain why. Luciano and the guys in the bar were wonderful. His sangria was the best. Only a 10 minute walk into Altea, so a great location.
