A very nice hotel. The location and service attitude of the staff are great. It is suitable for family and friends to vacation. There are some different interactive activities arranged every day. The restaurant tastes very good. I will definitely stay here again.

Be warned - this is a Cycling Hotel aimed at mass tour groups of cyclists and some footballers . The only lounge/ bar area is full of 50 + , mostly male cyclists. The breakfast area is mostly set up with long trestle tables for groups of 10 or more diners, all reserved by cycling tour companies. I have nothing against cyclists but we had no idea we were booking a cycling hotel. We were hoping for a quiet off season holiday. We survived a couple of days of our week and then decided to look for another hotel. I politely asked the duty manager if we could cancel our last 4 nights. He sent me round the houses for a few hours then said they would not give any kind of refund . He admitted in March the hotel is aimed at cycling groups ( they call it a Cyclists hotel on Insta). When I pointed out this was not explicit on their website and no one advised us when we booked that the hotel would be full of mass sports groups , the manager basically suggested that's how it is in March - tough! I can't believe they refused any kind of refund despite complete mis-selling on their website . A very disappointing experience.

Hotel inmejorable. Con todos os servicios, piscina, spa, gimnasio, bike friendly, acceso directo a la playa, actividades diarias, zona de descaso, bar el la piscina, zoma chill aut. Todo super limpio y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. El personal fantástico, súper atento y educado, te hacen sentir como en casa. La comida, espectacular, todo muy fresco y con una variedad que no he visto en otros hoteles, merece la pena coger media pensión o pensión completa. Tiene una zona especial para ciclistas, con taller, para limpiar y guardar las bicis, la zona es increíble. En la zona común de la cafetería tienen una exposición de cuadros de ciclistas que me dejó impactada. Quiero agradecer en especial al personal su amabilidad y atención. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel, y ya estamos pensando en volver.

My wife and I have just returned from a 3-day stay at Cap Negret Hotel where we celebrated her birthday. The hotel was clean, bright and comfortable and, apart from only having 3 lifts to serve 6 floors, is well designed and organised. Our room (449) overlooked the sea and was equipped with a very comfortable bed, a lovely walk-in shower and coffee/tea making facilities. We found the staff, at all levels, friendly, cheerful and accommodating, which made for a very relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant provided excellent food both in terms of quality and choice. A real credit to the chefs and their assistants. The hotel is located slightly out of town but only10-15 minute walk away. If you turn down towards the sea once across the bridge there is an excellent promenade giving access to bars, cafes and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and consider the hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in. Our thanks to all for a wonderful visit.

Amazing hotel, five star standard. Excellent food, rooms spotless , staff friendly and helpful. I had toothache during our stay , the receptionist Anastasia was amazing in finding me a emegency dentist, the Tui rep was awful and did nothing when we called a 8am but sent a texts asking how it went at 1pm . If you get sick on a Tui holiday don’t expect any help from Tui. This hotel is full of cyclists , they are polite, respectful of other guests and the there was never any noise at night .the rooms are comfortable with kettle fridge tea coffee and milk supplied . They are cleaned every day to a very high standard , large shower room. It’s hard to find any fault with this well run hotel and I would highly recommend it and we are already planning a return in October.

Que se puede decir del paraíso? todo 5 estrellas y porque Google no me deja poner más, una verdadera pasada el buffet, amabilidad del personal, Izan muy dispuesto y amable, la limpieza y sobre todo y con lo que me voy enamorado tres cosas que en este momento necesitaba, las vistas en primerísima linea del mar, tranquilidad/relax y el ambiente que había en el hotel, enfocado al deporte y al descanso, volveremos con toda seguridad porque es el verdadero oasis/paraíso, sin duda amante del ciclismo este es tu hotel, con zonas habilitadas a limpieza y guardar la bici.

Do not book this hotel, it’s like staying in a youth hostel! Full of cycling teams, teenage boys who are very noisy at night. Canteen like being in a uni food hall! No where for us to store cycles as full with the youths! Not a place for couples, very disappointed.
