Résidence confortable et très bien située, face à la mer, superbe vue, petit port de plaisance à proximité, quelques bars et restaurants, véhicule nécessaire pour faire ses courses. Activités nautiques possibles près de la résidence. La piscine est très petite cependant.

Horario limitado de recepcion, super antipatica cuando llamamos para preguntar por el parking ya que no pudimos reservar en la app, estaso muy viejo del apartamento, con baño super antiguo

En primer lugar falta de atencion y profesionalidad, llegamos sobre 17:00 h de la tarde, tras un buen rato intentando localizar este sitio, al llegar nos encontramos con una puerta cerrada y sin nadie que nos explicara nada, despues de un rato llamando al numero que nos havian dado, (sin cojerlo) nos cogen el telefono y nos dicen que tenemos que ir al puerto a recoger la llaves a unos 300 metros del hotel. Con el coche en doble fila y sin saber que nos esperaba. El apartamento en si esta bien es amplio y tiene una buena terraza, (lo que mas vale) con muy buenas vistas al mar, un poco sucio y abandonado. Entre otras cosas el hotel es para ir tipo relax porque no ahi gran variedad de cosas que hacer sin tener que coger el coche.

Apartamentos con unas vistas increíbles, lejos del centro de Altea. Está antiguo pero calidad precio está muy bien. Limpio con cosas para mejorar sobretodo necesita una actualización de mobiliario y electrodomésticos pero en general muy bien.

L'appartement est très bien, la vue de la terrasse également. Par contre il est très mal équipé (four et réfrigérateur cassés, batterie de cuisine inexistante et crasseuse, et surtout il est très sale. Le sol est nettoyé en son centre mais la crasse est visible le long des plinthes sur une largeur de 10 cm, la plafond de la salle de bains est proche de l'effondrement, les poignées des portes collent aux mains ...

Udmærket sted, god service og venlig receptionist. Lidt slidt og kedelig lejlighed, men rent og pænt. Smuk udsigt, men ikke så interessant område og langt fra byen uden mulighed for offentlig transport.

De accomodatie ligt in een baai en heeft vanaf het zeer ruime terras een prachtig uitzicht over de jachthaven en de zee. Dat is de grote plus van de accomodatie! In de jachthaven zijn diverse eettentjes en er hangt een prettige sfeer. Zoals ook in andere reviews wordt aangegeven is eigen vervoer wel noodzakelijk wanneer je meer dan alleen de jachthaven wilt zien.
De relatief lage score voor de staat van de accomodatie komt door de staat van de badkamer en keuken. Die zijn sterk verouderd en aan vervanging toe. Bovendien is de aanwezige keukenuitrusting heel summier.
