Enjoy complimentary daily hot breakfast lunch and dinner at the onsite restaurant beverages in the bar or order room service. Meetings for up to 250 guests can be accommodated in 2700 square feet of meeting space and parking and wireless internet access are both complimentary. Smoke-free guest rooms feature flat-screen HDTV mini-refrigerator coffee and tea maker and poolside rooms are also available. Pets are welcome for a small fee.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. We had a Riverview room that was very relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful and we appreciated the coffee/hot water availability 24 hrs a day. Our only complaint was direct tv which suddenly stopped working on us twice during our stay (no weather related issues). It will be wonderful once cable tv is installed - hopefully very soon! The general manager, Jonna Radle, personally came up to our room to fix our tv the first evening we were there. She was friendly, very helpful, and took the time for us when her shift was very busy. I saw her several times during the weekend and can attest to her true servant leadership. The hotel staff worked together and several spoke of Jonna’s hands-on work with her team. I will say this group worked very hard to insure customers’ needs were met. Thank you!! We will return when we travel back through Alpena!
