We stayed two nights in two separate rooms.
Location is perfect for city centre. Walking distant to explore what the city has to offer.
Room is spacious but unfortunately only twin beds, no Queen or King beds on offer.
Facilities to place the suitcases and laptop bag is a plus point. Ironing board, iron and hairdryer are provided in the room for our convenience too.
Bathroom is adequate.
Breakfast is excellent with multiple choices and plentiful.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge helped carry our heavy suitcases up the staircase from the car park because unfortunately there is no ramp.
Good amount of free parking in front of the hotel for the guests.
No doubt we will return again.

Overall acceptable with this price range. The room is just nice for solo traveller / business traveller
But the corridor for smoking smell.

The hotel is located in the town of Alor Setar. Strategic location. The menu for the breakfast buffet is also varied and delicious. The room is also beautiful. Water pressure is also okay. Overall very satisfied
