The staff Mr Kamal and his team were truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our check-in process smooth. We also appreciate the prompt and courteous service provided by the housekeeping team, who ensured our room was always clean and comfortable. We had an incredible stay, and it was largely due to the excellent staff." Special mention for Mr Kamal for feeding us with excellent food

We had a horrible experience from the travel desk of Club Mahindra, Binsar. In the name of Holi festival, the travel desk literally evicted us from the resort at 4.00 am in spite of our tentative plan was to checkout at 8.00 am. We had to book one hotel at pantanagar to kill time.

Binsar villa is very nice. Different types of Birds r there. Food quality is better. Mr. Harish Joshi ( Supervisor) was very helpful and kind in nature n give best services. Other staff was also best n helpful. Nature is very nice Club Mahindra properties r very nice, clean & neat.
