River is 1. 5 km away, food is good, rooms are very good with balconies ( u can view river amid-st mountains from rooms. They charge 1000 for bonfire which they can avoid.

We were a group of 7 and had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Though the water supply in the bathrooms can be improved as there wasn’t enough force. Property is located among-st lush green hills and is a treat to the eyes. Staff and management is really helpful, polite and cooperative. They offer awesome bonfire at the lawn with music which you can enjoy with family & friends. I would say that food was average and there is scope for improvement but the restaurant staff were very polite and hospitality was exceptional. All in all we enjoyed our stay at saalvan resorts. I will recommend it to people who are looking for tranquility and serenity during their trip to jim corbett.

Excellent stay, kind and cordial staff. Beautiful scenic view from the balcony. Scrumptious food, experienced cook. Warm and lovely people. You would enjoy your stay without a doubt. Enjoy and have fun at this place.
Born-fire in the lawn was a cherry on the cake.

The location of this resort is very good, first property on entering marchula, with a panoramic view of mountains and river kosi. The staff is very courteous and service is fast. Amenities like swimming pool, 8 ball pool table, tt etc are also there to keep oneself occupied. The food was one of the best parts of the stay, both variety and taste are perfect!
