Good day. There were official events during the days of stay, which greatly complicated the check-in and check-out at the hotel. A couple of days we waited more than an hour to check in. It is advisable to warn about this before checking in. Thank you

The resort is luxurious in every sense of the word. The service is excellent, the staff are cooperative and deserve praise. The view is something else. There is a bidet in the room. It is far from the noise of the city and relaxing. The Windex program brings things closer and its price is good.
