Everything was good, we had a nice stay. However, we found the staff a bit strict as they charged us USD 20 for a dirty towel that probably could have been washed easily. This has moreover not been communicated beforehand, while the cleaners (who reported the towel by sending a photo on their phone to reception) were in the room while we were there too; they could have just asked why there was a stain on it. We were in a rush in the morning, so we just quickly paid and left.

It is quite nice, with a golf course, basketball court, tennis court, restaurant, and a total area of 200 hectares. More than 200 rooms and more than 500 employees.

The room is quite good. I recommend a high floor for a better mountain view. The hotel has its own forest and lake, which is as big as a manor. The overall hardware is very good. But the software is a bit disappointing. First of all, there is no refrigerator in the room. The service is also average. The waiting time for check-in is very long. There is a gasoline smell in the room. I called someone to check it out. The person who came didn't speak English well and just said there was no smell. However, the attitude of the restaurant waiters is still very good.
