首先服務極差，進房間門就當面數mini吧裏的東西還拿房間的紙記錄，感覺到濃濃的被歧視，房間的空調因為陳舊扇葉的聲音巨大，服務員確認後更換房間，然後因為我們用了之前房間的一塊洗手皂沒完沒了的用俄語數落我們；酒店的電梯衹能裝下3個人，第一天晚上沒有洗髮水，第二天給了，浴巾破舊的不行了；當晚聯繫攜程客服，説酒店會給回覆，直到退房也沒有收到酒店的任何道歉訊息；房間的床特別窄，不知道4星級酒店評價是不是花錢買來的。
