Upon arrival, the air conditioning did not work, there was no hot water, do not book through booking, they do not respond to messages from booking. The restaurant does not work, the plumbing in the room is cheap and of poor quality, there is a construction site nearby that makes it difficult to sleep... the staff is rude, they can call or come to the room at any time of the day. Problems with water or air conditioning do not bother them. They don’t think about the hotel’s reputation... I don’t recommend this hotel
