Good day, Great location, old rooms, mediocre cleaning, no water on the first day, no trash on the second day, old slippers, soap and a robe left... The service was a 4, the beautiful girl from the reception Sabina pulled it out, checked us in early and tried to resolve the issues.

The location is quite central. Hygiene is OK, breakfast is OK. The room is a bit small. I don't understand why a 4-star hotel doesn't have a gym.

Iconic hotel in Almaty. The best ever breakfast i had with a huge spread and options. The views are amazing from the hotel windows. Must visit if you are in Almaty.
