Отличный отель, очень стильно и уютно. Расположение отличное, 3 км до подъёмника Медеу. Воздухом надышаться не могли, свежайший. Красивый просторный номер с балконом, вкусный завтрак. Ресторан в другом здании - довольно вкусно, но, на мой взгляд дороговато. Спа входит в стоимость - сауна с харамом и бассейн с джакузи. В душевых всё необходимые принадлежности. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал.

There is no hot water! I called every half hour, they said that in 30 minutes there would be, and then they said that because the hotel was fully occupied there would be no hot water. Breakfasts are so-so. We waited an hour for an omelet. The water in the pool (spa resort) is also cold. The hotel is in the mountains and after the cold you want to warm up.

Not for me
The hotel needs a serious make over….at minimum they need to replace all carpets and clean all furniture in the rooms. The smell of allergens was too much. The lighting when you exit the elevator onto a floor was inconsistent to say the least. The hotel could be amazing with some TLC

Приехали с супругом в Алматы отметить годовщину свадьбы и покататься на лыжах. Отель меня приятно удивил, чистый, уютный, отличные завтраки на любой вкус, добротные и чистые номера, приветливый персонал. В СПА девушка Виолетта всегда была приветлива и помогала по всем вопросам. Есть СПА процедуры, брали массажи, Шынар массажистка понравилась. Бассейн, джакузи, сауна и хамам чистые и нет много людей. После катаний на лыжах хочется погреться и расслабится и отель полностью подходит для этого. Очень удобно всего две остановки до кантной дороги, автобус 12 ходит часто, нет необходимости вызвать такси. Есть также ресторан, но мы не посещали его, ездили в город. Выдаются тапочки, халаты, мыльные принадлежности. Желаю отелю процветания, так держать! В следующий раз приедем с детьми.
