老闆是中國人，哈薩克族小帥哥，語言溝通沒問題，對於境外旅遊商務人士來説，很重要的；民宿在阿拉木圖富人區，是一棟帶有小院的獨棟別墅，房間數量不多，有廚房，可以自己做飯，民宿離市中區各景點需要打車前往，周邊有一箇中國餐館，廚師是新疆哈薩克族，離民宿10分鐘路程有一個較大規模的生活超市，老闆生意做的很佛系，民宿房間各類酒店類配備物品基本不全，待改進升級，個人覺得，民宿整體氛圍應該更温馨一點，多多參考一下國內的民宿風格，住了一週時間，整體感覺還是很好，小院裏麪的蘋果樹上的蘋果可真好吃，隨時自己去打，老闆都準備好工具的，開心！

國人開的民宿，位置有些偏了；工作人員很熱情，能解決早飯；衞浴是公用的；靠近馬路，有點點吵。按照門牌號打車終點是旅店的背面。要自己帶毛巾。出門左手300米有中餐館，比較隱蔽。
