There are only two pluses to this hotel - a view of the pine trees from the window and delicious coffee from the coffee maker (capsule Lavazza). I had booked and paid for three nights in this hotel, although I stayed there only two nights - an extra night was booked only for early check-in, my plane arrived in Almaty very early and I wanted to check into the hotel right away. Breakfasts in this hotel are delivered to the room, since this is a mini-hotel and they do not have a separate room for breakfast. For breakfast, you can choose porridge and toast or scrambled eggs and sliced cucumber. Of the three breakfasts I paid for, they fed me only one. On the day of arrival, they did not bring it to me, although the order was accepted, on the second day they did not accept the order (it turns out that breakfast had to be ordered the day before at the reception, which no one warned about). My room was on the third floor and I asked to bring my suitcase to the room, I had to wait forty minutes for the suitcase. This hotel has absolutely unprofessional staff, they have no experience working in hotels and it is noticeable. Moreover, they don't care at all whether the guests are satisfied with their service. I asked for a refund for the breakfasts that the reception staff promised me - they said they would contact the service provider and make a refund. But then I got a refusal. That is, they said it just like that, just to get rid of me. Another disadvantage: the hotel asks for a deposit upon check-in, which is then returned on the day of departure if the property in the room is not damaged. No hotel in the world does this. The bed is comfortable with a hard mattress, but the pillows are uncomfortable. The bed linen is of acceptable quality, the plumbing in the bathroom is good. The hotel could be excellent, given its location and size, but the service really spoils the whole impression.
