It was 3 stories high in the city center, so the view was just so-so.
The water is not good due to the local characteristics, so when I shower and wash my hair, I feel my skin and hair getting dry.
The temperature dropped to around -10 degrees, so the accommodation was a bit cold in the morning.
The breakfast was good for local standards, and the staff and front desk were all friendly and proactive.
The laundry service was also good.

I stayed in a very cold room. The air conditioner had problems. They gave me an electric heater, but the temperature was still very low. I just made do with it.
