Alicante Hills

We arrived at the hotel early, they offered us the apartment already prepared, with two beds. I didn't mind the shared bed or two, I was with the girl. Everything was very polite. When we entered the apartments, it smelled bad in the kitchen. The fridge was dirty, hair on the floor, the bathroom was dirty with a sticker on the floor. We didn't touch anything, I went to ask to change the apartment. The girl replied that she can call the cleaning service, all the accommodations are occupied and nothing can be changed. But it wasn't our reserved apartment and I don't think so, in 15 minutes it was already reserved. They called the person in charge of the apartments, a very polite man changed the accommodation without any problem. The second apartment smelled normal, but it was also dirty, stains on the fridge, a lot of dust, grease in the kitchen and hair on the floor. Ok, so as not to delay any longer and start enjoying the holidays, we close our eyes and go to the beach. In the afternoon, opening the drawers I see that they are dirtier, with the remains of creams and makeup. At the reception they told me that they cannot reduce the number of nights, we had 7 paid, I asked for 3 at the most and we left because I hate cooking there and I can't keep anything. They offered us a cleaning... the next day, the girl came, I don't know how long she was there and what she did, the bed was made and the towels were neatly laid out, the rest was the same as before!!! I left as it is, I didn't go back to the reception, if that's what they call cleaning. On the day of departure, we were in the hotel's territory for another hour, in the bar. I realized that I forgot my AirPods, which I used at night in the bedroom, at the reception they told me that everything was already clean, they didn't find anything... I wasn't really sure, I expected to find them in my suitcase... and I left. At home I checked carefully and they weren't there and the only place I used them was the bedroom the last night. The app shows that they are there!!!! At the reception desk on the phone, they tell me no, and it may be that I lost it somewhere else… but I didn't use it in other places and the last time I used it was at night there… Now I'm in Valladolid and the application shows my headphones in the hotel area. Bad experience, the workers, and the morning girl know very well how to answer, to make a fool of you.

Nice apartments but we had problems with the staff, they asked us for a clause of 300 euros (even though it said 200) and tried to make us pay for an extra person. When we arrived at the apartments they turned off the hot water, we had to take freezing showers.
