Gabriele is a rare gem ! Location is everything and using Gilbert Ferret or via Cavour you reach the harbour two ways or all the restaurants and along the bastioni, we were prepared for the steep stairs going up to the property from previous reviews, the roof top view is worth it !! Breakfast is more than enough made by the lovely Cristina it will keep you energised for day be it cold meat , boiled egg or a Cornetto pastry with delicious fruit and yogurt. The wonderful thing is the problem solving, Gabriele will tell the best things to do and resolves any issues immediately. Host is a real class act even he remembered my wife’s birthday and brought her a little gift or when we were leaving and couldn’t make breakfast he packed something for us and kids to take to the airport. I also liked that even though the town had a one day water shortage issue he had arranged a reserve supply so we could have nice showers after being at the beach. I would say the place has all the basics you need if you are out and about most days. It was a pleasure to stay there and they make you feel like part of the family! Grazie Mille ! Top tip: Make use of the local bus from Mercato outside Swarovski to Spaggio di Maria Pia beach, B&B provides beach umbrella and straw mats and get your little bits for lunch and waters from EuroSpin near Giardini Giuseppe Manno park !

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni al B&B Alguer con la mia fidanzata. Grazie alla sua posizione strategica è il punto di partenza ideale per visitare la città a piedi e scoprire il meraviglioso centro storico di Alghero. Al nostro arrivo Gabriele ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità, fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili per muoverci in città, raggiungere le spiagge e visitare i principali siti di interesse nei dintorni, come le Grotte di Nettuno, la Grotta Verde e il Nuraghe Palmavera. Inoltre ci ha messo a disposizione una card che raccoglie diversi partner come ristoranti, tour e attività, davvero molto utile. Le camere sono moderne, arredate con gusto e caratterizzate da una pulizia impeccabile, curata nei minimi dettagli. È stato un piacere iniziare la giornata con la colazione servita sulla terrazza vista mare: varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giulia per la sua cortesia e attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti, e a Gabriele per le piacevoli chiacchierate, durante le quali ho scoperto curiosità e aneddoti affascinanti sulla città catalana. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e spero di tornare presto per godermi ancora una volta la splendida Alghero.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo B&B e la mia esperienza è stata a dir poco eccezionale. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: in pieno centro storico, a due passi da negozietti, ristoranti tipici e tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Il vero punto di forza, però, è la terrazza con vista mozzafiato. Godersi la colazione con una vista a 180 gradi che spazia dal mare fino a Capo Caccia e ai campanili delle chiese del centro è un'esperienza che vale da sola l'intero viaggio. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gabriele, l'host, che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e cortese. I suoi consigli e le sue "dritte" su come vivere al meglio la vacanza sono stati preziosissimi, facendoci sentire accolti e coccolati fin dal primo momento. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia vivere la vera atmosfera di Alghero, combinando comfort, bellezza e un'ospitalità autentica.

Punti di forza; si trova al centro, non ci sono rumori molesti, ha un terrazzo con vista per le colazioni, Giulia è una ragazza empatica e disponibile. Punti di debolezza: ha tre stanze, due sono spaziose e ben arredata, la n.2 , la nostra un buco, il letto a pochi centimetri dalla porta di ingresso arredato, eufemismo, con mobili scarsissimi. Per muoverci o andare in bagno dovevamo farlo singolarmente. Il prezzo giornaliero non è stato da tugurio, però.!! Anzi!! Non abbiamo avuto sconti per il disagio.In otto giorni di pernottamento la stanza è stata pulita una sola volta, non c 'erano stendini, per questioni igieniche ci ha detto il proprietario, ma l' igiene vale solo per gli stendini e non per la pulizia delle stanze?! Una mattina Gabriele ci ha bussato alle 9.20 per sollecitarvi a fare la colazione, come ti permetti se l' orario è fino alle dieci. Poi si è scusato dicendo che lo ha fatto per noi per non farci arrivare al mare con il caldo. Ma a chi la racconti?!Anticipa l' orario visto che hai fretta di finire le pulizie degli esterni entro le dieci. Lo definirei una persona che si sa vendere molto bene in pseudo cortesia, ma in realtà si irrita con un sorriso se vi è un inconveniente. Vent'anni che giriamo in b. and b. e abbiamo imparato a riconoscere la sincera disponibilità e l 'attenzione verso l' ospite anche nelle piccole cose.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend presso la struttura. Posizionata in pieno centro storico, in posizione strategica, ci ha permesso di raggiungere i punti di maggiore interesse senza l’utilizzo dell’auto. Camera pulita, con letto comodo e bagno privato. La gentilezza e la professionalità di Gabriele e Giulia hanno reso la permanenza ancora più piacevole. Fiore all’occhiello la terrazza all’aperto , con vista sul centro storico di Alghero e sul suo mare ,dove ogni mattina si può consumare la colazione. Ottima Posizione, accoglienza ottima, servizi perfetti centrale, vicino ai siti di maggior interesse il quartiere antico, la cattedrale, il porto turistico, la passeggiata nei viottoli pieni di negozi interessanti, tutto con molta calma . Da riprovare.

Il B&B Alguer è situato nel centro storico di Alghero, posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni principali della città. La struttura ha una terrazza spettacolare, fare colazione in terrazza osservando il mare non ha prezzo. Le camere sono molto belle e provviste di tutto il necessario. Gabriele si è rivelato gentile e molto disponibile, sono contento di averlo conosciuto e sicuramente tornerò a trovarlo.

Si torna sempre dove si è stati bene, e ormai per noi il B&B Alguer è una deliziosa fuga dalla routine quotidiana. Il posto è carinissimo, caratteristico, pulito e confortevole e Gabriele è un host eccezionale in quanto a cortesia, attenzione per gli ospiti e consigli sugli eventi a cui assistere e partecipare in città. Nota: bellissima terrazza in cui godere della vista mozzafiato sul mare mentre si gusta una prelibata colazione (a scelta tra le tante disponibili).
