A hotel worth returning to. It's in very good condition and offers excellent service. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the oceanfront location is priceless.

The hotel is modest, it looks like a family hotel. The breakfast is good, the waiters are friendly. The women at the reception are rude, arrogant, they don't know English, maybe they do, but they won't speak in English. They didn't want to reserve Pelosa beach for us. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the woman at the reception shouted at my sister, just because she asked if the hotel had an elevator. We received a disastrous welcome. The men at the reception are friendly. Run away from the woman at the reception. It is commendable that they cleaned the rooms every day.

A 3 star hotel, but 5 star service. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! They organised taxis, expeditions, a hired car and sent me to the most fantastic restaurant. I booked a room with a sea view, which helped! The view at breakfast was equally as nice.

Good location as not far from old town. Breakfast had a decent range of choices. Cappuccino and croissants were delicious !

Just across the street from the coast with a beautiful sea view. Very nice and helpful staff. Our room has a small balcony with unobstructed view of the sea. Easy walk to center of Alghero and restaurants.

If you are looking for an authentic run Sardinian hotel with a family feel this is the place for you. The room was large, clean and our room overlooked the sea which gave us a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening. There is no elevator in the hotel and we were on the third floor but we would return to this hotel in a heartbeat because of the experience we had. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond what one would expect to make our stay enjoyable.

I booked and paid for the stay long in advance. The evening before my trip I got sick and had to stay at home. The mail communication I had with the hotel was not friendly at all. In fact it was not friendly already a few days before when I still planned to come and asked them about which options there was for the half board. I reacted on the total absence of words resembling "welcome". When I on the evening before going told them about my sudden illness, their answer was totally stripped of anything resembling compassion, wishes about getting well etc. On top of it they had the guts on sending me some message about "pleasant stay" the same day I was about to check in - which they perfectly knew was impossible for me. I just feel humiliated: apart from keeping all my money for the stay not used they completely lack of human empathy or simple good manners. I guess I am lucky not having fallen ill while staying at those people's place.
