I booked interconnected rooms from 23 July till 28 July and really I was very amazed by high quality of rooms and employees, every thing was wonderfully settles Sure I will go again to feel the same experience

I really enjoyed the stay at Hilton Alexandria corniche, the staff were really friendly and helpful Form the reception to the guest relations, the cleanliness of the room was good, the quality of the food were really nice

We stayed in room 328. Very dated. Room not ready on arrival. Had to ask for extras water menus etc. Shower wet room floor flooded everyday drains need cleaning. Cleaner woke us at 0920 daily just out of hospital not appreciated. Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped. Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights. Extremely disappointed for a Hilton.

The eternal four-season standard is the best service in the business hotel I have stayed in all four seasons. Before check-in, people with guest service send emails and call to confirm my preference. When eating breakfast, more people queue up at the door. The restaurant manager saw it and said to send breakfast to my room. Breakfast is also very rich. Stayed for five nights. Although I didn't go out very much, many people in the front office can shout my name. The recognition of this piece has really been very satisfied. The last night was a little unpleasant because of the order. The hotel manager came over to apologize when I checked out. Also sent cheese cake (because I was with my husband and secretly helped with the romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge was simply omnipotent. Haha also helped make an appointment for a door-to-door nucleic acid test. (Hotel security guards went all the way to our room and looked at the nucleic acid. It was very safe. ) And also helped buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is called to solve everything. The magic concierge hahaha overall is really never disappointing the quality of the four seasons. I will always love FS

I feel the level of a five-star guest house, the quilt is broken, the bathroom has stains, unknown hairs, the floor is tiled, and the bare feet walk over it with gray. The so-called city view room is facing a Syrian-style building that has been in disrepair. The breakfast is crowded, there are many breads and desserts, and the choices are limited. I will complain about the sound insulation of the hotel. There is no sound insulation at all. The sound of cars and motorcycles passing by in the middle of the night, the sound of honking the horn, is simply drunk, and I can hardly sleep all night.

Located in the Summer Palace Garden - on the edge of the Mediterranean - there is a train station on the street, you can buy a lot of food on the opposite street ~ and the fruits sold by the locals, cheap and delicious. Hotel service is very good, breakfast is rich ~ do not want to go out in the hotel can sit by the sea, or the summer palace garden is a good choice

This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. Service: Breakfast is good. On the 12th floor, the view is very good, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The lobby staff is very strict in security checks, and the reception is warm and meticulous. Environment: It is on the beach, which is OK. Facilities: The room facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is relatively clean. The hotel is on the side of the coastal avenue, with a lot of vehicles, and the window insulation effect is not very good. There are fewer cars until about 1:00 in the evening. Hygiene: It is not bad.

It was my engagement at Aifu resort. The view was perfect and peaceful 😍 The place was very clean and safe . First class staff, so clean rooms with good space and nice pool and sea view, clean roomy bathrooms, you can eat and drink from hotel service without need going outside but still you can make it outside easily inside Maamora or more distant inside the city, pool is so clean with available plenty towels and side to side shower and Gym, private clean beach less than 100 meters walk, Roomy safe underground parking, highly recommended to visit
