Extremely bad service, the bed is falling down, and the phone has no cord so I can talk to them. The last negligence is completely insignificant, and the light is out. I have never seen a light go out in a hotel. Colleagues are looking at the stairs. They should take a zero comment. The food is something like beans, vegetables, cold food, and juice. We don't know where to get it from.

The bed sheet in the room at the time of check-in was dirty and contained stains and had pictures. The bathroom shower curtain is inhuman, not suitable, and also very dirty, and I have pictures. Majed, who I believe is the front desk manager, I don't know who told him that the receptionist should condescend to the guests and mistreat them or make fun of them, especially when there are problems like the ones mentioned above. My family and I had an excellent stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness, the service and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room service and houses keeping were also up to the standard. Overall, the quality if our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

Hotel location is brilliant near to downtown faced the sea but furniture are very old the whole hotel need a complete renovation. The management must improve the use of the property location Breakfast with a an open sea view from 7th floor

I give this hotel 1 star coz no less than that ,it's very dirty ,every thing is broken ,very rude staff ,wi fi work only in the lobby, the room is very noisy because balcony doors are broken and above all there is loos live electricity wire next your bed ,so if you don't get sick from the dirt very good chance to die from electrocutions i really don't know how this hotel is 3 stars i will never stay there again even for free (please see the pictures attached)
