The hotel has a long history and is located right next to the downtown area, with many restaurants including KFC. It is very close to a century-old dessert shop and only a half-hour walk to the castle. The hotel's breakfast terrace is beautiful and the service attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. A hotel in the center of Alexandria, with a great rooftop restaurant and good service. The restaurant has a wonderful view of the bay. The partial sea view is good enough to enjoy the view. The street is noisy, as everywhere in Alexandria, but the windows keep the sound out well and the room is quiet and calm. The hotel is very colorful, it feels historical. We were glad that we chose this hotel

The hotel service was the only negative aspect of my trip. I arrived at the hotel a little after 10 PM and checked in to find that the room I'd booked, a king-size bed or a twin bed, was now a 1.2-meter-tall room, 10 square meters instead of 22 square meters. The main issue was the poor service from the receptionist, who assumed I was a single and therefore deserved a smaller room. I insisted on a room change, but they said a king-size bed needed to be cleaned and arranged. I said I could wait, but they didn't know when it would be available. They were very evasive. Finally, after Ctrip intervened, they arranged a king-size bed. The air conditioning wouldn't cool, and there was no hot water in the shower. It was a problematic room. It was past midnight when I checked in, and I didn't have the energy to continue, so I just spent the night there. After Ctrip's efforts, they finally moved me to a regular 22-square-meter king-size bed room the next day, which was the room I'd originally booked. I'll never give this hotel a hard time. Finally, I'm very grateful to the Ctrip staff for their efforts in helping me resolve the issue. The first picture shows the room I checked in, the second picture shows the room I booked, and the third picture shows the room I was moved to the next night.

地理位置呢，比較雞肋，看起來挺近的，到哪裡都要打車。
