Alexander the Great Hotel

The apartment is bright and clean. The location is also not bad. The Internet did not work for us. There is a TV, a kitchen too. Two large beds, clean bed linen. The door in the bathroom creaked and clicked loudly. There are air conditioners and everything for life.

The hotel is just super, what a stunning view from the hotel from the 16th floor, of the city and the sea, we were delighted. The studio is very spacious, everything you need is there, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a wonderful soft one. The hotel is very conveniently located not far from the train station, if you go from Cairo by bus, then from the bus station there are minibuses for 7 pounds to the train station, and from there it is 5-7 minutes walk to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel.

This is not a hotel, but an apartment for rent. The price is not expensive, a one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom family suite. We stayed for two nights, it was nice, not far from the beach. There is a street market next to the Amo Hotel, where you can buy seafood and cook it in your room!

Clean room, excellent service

On the way to the hotel, I felt that the surrounding environment was very bad. It was located in the old city, the entrance was also very hidden, and the elevator was also broken. Then I communicated with Ctrip that the hotel environment was too bad and I wanted to cancel the order (the cancellation time had passed according to the order rules). Then I went to the front desk to communicate myself, and the front desk replied that it could be cancelled. Then Ctrip contacted the agent at first. The agent also replied to the front desk that it could be cancelled, but it was necessary to contact the manager to see if there was a penalty. After confirming that it could be cancelled, I went to the new hotel. Then on the way, I received a notice from Ctrip that the hotel manager notified the agent in writing that it could not be cancelled and no refund would be made for the order. If it could not be cancelled, I would have replied that it could not be cancelled when I asked at the beginning. I would then consider whether to change the hotel. As a result, it was agreed that it could be cancelled but it was not sure whether it could be fully refunded. It became impossible to cancel? In the end, I lost a night's room fee. Avoid this kind of hotel that goes back on its word. There is no integrity at all.
