تجربه سيئه جدا جدا غرف قديمه متهالكه غير نظيفه ملايات سراير قذره حتى اننا اخذنا قرار انهاء الرحله و الخروج من هذا المكان القذر و كنا قد دفعنا ثمن الليله فور وصولنا للمكان للاسف. و تم ابلاغهم اننا قطعنا أجازتنا بسبب قذاره الغرف والمكان و لكن لا احد يهتم طالما اخذوا فلوسهم ... لا انصح به على الاطلاق حتى لو ببلاش

فندق سئ بما تعنيه الكلمه ولايصلح نهائي يصنف كصندوق زباله سئ المعامله من العاملين غرف متهالكه كلمه قليله علي وصفها الحمامات غير نظيفه السراير متهالكه و بدون ملايات المكان مفهوش مناشف بجد تجرّبه زي م اكون في صندوق قمامه و السعر مش رخيص والعاملين علي المكان لا يهتمو بما تشتكي منه

Great location, nice room with bathroom, balcony with view of Alexandria Bay. Breakfast and Wi-Fi in the lounge facing the bay. Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money.

Hotel not clean, i was freezing at night, not enough cover, the bathroom was not clean, water has become cold once taking a shower...Today i ve been served breakfast in a used plate with the rest of other people food,rest of bread and eggs shell. Disgusting!!! The room was big with a balcony on the side you can see the sea. Union has a good view but not clean. For two nights I payed 750 with 0 services not like they claim.
