This hotel is not friendly to Chinese people and is a rip-off. Please be careful when booking. Their twin and double rooms can only accommodate one person. If you want to stay with one more person, you have to pay more! Moreover, the front desk lacks training. At first, they agreed to let us stay with two people, but then they changed their minds and asked us to pay more. The subsidy price also changed. The reservation manager was very tough and unfriendly to us! Fortunately, we bought the no-reason cancellation insurance on Ctrip. This hotel is not a good memory for the whole trip to Egypt!

Pretty good experience, i loved the location but i had to pay 100 LE at the gate to enter the Montazah area. This should be included in the hotel package.

I booked a non smoking room and has smell of smoke when I asked to change the room fady at front desk said it is full couldn't sleep from the smell of smoking the breakfast was a kios , not clean I wouldn't recommend for any one Although they send me a cake at 12 pm at night when they know that it was my birthday

A Great Stay
We had a great stay at the Helnan Montazah Palace Palestine in the middle of the gardens on a quiet section of a very busy corniche. We really liked the service and amenities, although parts of this property are showing its age. A special thank you to the dining staff as we were impressed wuth their attentive service, and especially Mr. Shahat, who was very helpful. Maybe bulk up the wine list? 🍷;)
