This hotel is not friendly to Chinese people and is a rip-off. Please be careful when booking. Their twin and double rooms can only accommodate one person. If you want to stay with one more person, you have to pay more! Moreover, the front desk lacks training. At first, they agreed to let us stay with two people, but then they changed their minds and asked us to pay more. The subsidy price also changed. The reservation manager was very tough and unfriendly to us! Fortunately, we bought the no-reason cancellation insurance on Ctrip. This hotel is not a good memory for the whole trip to Egypt!

Otele girer girmez güler yüzlü personel bizi karşıladı. İkram olarak soğuk meyve suyu çok ince bir karşılama idi. Valizlerimizi otobüsten odamıza kadar taşıdılar. Oda tertemizdi. Ferahtı. Diş fırçası fırçasından tutun su ısıtıcısına kadar her ayrıntı bizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Görevliler çok yardımseverdi. İlgililere çok teşekkür ederiz.

I booked a non smoking room and has smell of smoke when I asked to change the room fady at front desk said it is full couldn't sleep from the smell of smoking the breakfast was a kios , not clean I wouldn't recommend for any one Although they send me a cake at 12 pm at night when they know that it was my birthday
