Old style, British service, very good! Everyone in the hotel is very friendly. The only downside is that the air conditioner in the room is quite loud.

It is heritage hotel with history dated back almost 100 years, and stayed by famous people in the past such as Winston Churchill and Elvis Presley. Located centrally and easily accessible to most of the key attractions in Alexandria. Highly recommended place to stay.

Can’t believe that can happen when I stay in hotel that should have big name
I have really bad experience with that hotel and can’t believe the management
Thy give refund to customer cuz he keeps yelling at them cuz of the electric issue
And when I ask about my refund cuz we both left the hotel
No money for me cuz I was nice

Very noisy, the room 201 I stayed in was filled with never ending car sirens every day all the day. Not recommended.

Just across the road is the beach. It is convenient to eat and go shopping around. The luggage service at the front desk is friendly and friendly. The breakfast is rich. Recommended
