Живу в Египте, на выходные часто приезжаю в Александрию. Останавливаюсь в основном в Metropol или Rixos Montaza, в этот раз решила в этом отеле. Отель не стоит своих денег вообще, номера тёмные, мебель уставшая, завтраки скудные на первом этаже в проходном месте. Никакой клиентоориентированности, номер дали с видом на соседнее здание, попросила выселение в 14.00 - отказали, ранее ни в одном отеле таких отказов не было. Больше никогда не приеду. Была одна, дали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями.

Есть бар и ресторан и ночной клуб. В баре можно купить импортной алкоголь, но очень дорого. Виски или ром иностранный за рюмку 1100 фунтов. Нет бассейна и спа салона. Подходит для заезда на несколько дней.

Old style, British service, very good! Everyone in the hotel is very friendly. The only downside is that the air conditioner in the room is quite loud.
