This place has some good points and some things that need work. The staff were great! The location is really good - close to the King Street Metro station and the free trolley that takes you to the waterfront area. The room was extremely clean and decorated in a nice way. The shower was fantastic as well with great water pressure! The areas that need some help would be the a/c struggled considerably during the heat of the day. The rooms are really tiny - probably the smallest hotel room I've ever had, but not really much the hotel can do about that. I'd keep that in mind if someone has larger pieces of luggage and are putting more than one person in the room. The biggest issue I had was with the comfort of the bed, which is a personal preference thing. The mattress felt like mush - the softest mattress I've ever had at a hotel. It was very uncomfortable with little support. The bed linens were really nice though :-) I personally will not come back due to the room size and the mattress, but if someone doesn't mind these two issues (and also the poor a/c) it would be a nice enough place to stay.

Our brand new vehicle was damaged by the Valet and we were not notified at the time. The fridge did not work. The check out lady staffer admitted she was alone, and does not drive,
