Due to changes in the itinerary, another day's reservation was added. I relied on the translation software to communicate with the front desk staff, and it was completed smoothly. The room is very clean and has a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. You can rent pots and bowls from the hotel and simply process the ingredients yourself. It's a good travel experience.

staff of the hotel were super.
my flight arrived after midnight and the system wouldn't let me maintain my reservation.
Staff of the hotel waited me until 1:30 and let me checked in.
Trip.com and the third party of the reservation system could not helped me
But the staff helped me and made it happened.

The staff is excellent; we are a long term stay that has been truly made to feel like family with how they take care of us. Senait, Michael, and Koda are all amazing at their jobs and truly make sure they take great care of their customers!

Wonderful place. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable we forgot some kitchen items and they are well stocked with basic items you will need for cooking all you have to do is ask. So far we are really enjoying our stay. Senait, Koda and Michael have all been amazing and extremely helpful

Akram Nabi at the front desk provided professional and friendly customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in experience was comfortable and smooth. He offered suggestions on things to do during my stay and made me feel welcomed. The room offered is quite comfortable and clean.

The pillows are perfect. And everything is so nice and clean. Compared to places I've seen, that's saying extended stay. It's one of the best hotels.
