Average low budget hotel.......no complaints, room was adequate......2 double beds....good for a quick stay.....in a congested area....20 min drive to Washington mall.....free breakfast at the connected IHOP.....recommened Eden center for Asian food

O hotel tem boa localização e... só. O café da manhã é sofrível; para brasileiros então! É apenas o equivalente a 8 dólares para você escolher entre duas opções no restaurante IHope, dentro do hotel: ovos mexidos sem tempero algum (nem mesmo sal) + duas panquecas com syrup ou 2 fatias de pão de forma com manteiga + cereal (ruim) com leite (sem gosto). Essas opções ainda incluem suco de laranja azedo ou café americano. Mas você não pode negar toda essa delícia e pedir só um chocolate quente: vai ter que desembolsar U$ 4,00. Os quartos são limpos dia sim, dia não, o que pode ser até educativo, já que você será obrigado a manter tudo em ordem. Por outro lado, nada como chegar ao hotel à noite e encontrar camas feitas, toalhas limpas e lixo retirado. Talvez seja pela limpeza deficiente que o piso do gigante quarto seja de carpete escuro. No check-in tive que fazer um depósito como garantia no valor de U$ 100,00. Não me deram comprovante, só a garantia verbal de que, caso não houvesse nenhuma avaria, seria devolvido no check-out. sqn. Shahara (Agent/Front Desk) was so accommodating and helpful. She went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. First hotel with a IHOP restaurant in the hotel where I stayed. You get a voucher with 2 meal options. Hotel was very clean, free laundry facility. New washer with so many buttons and I didn't know how to operate it, front desk helped me. Sahara, front desk receptionist was very professional and courteous.

Cancelled and moved “without notice” to their sister property on the northeast side of DC. Forced to rent a car at my expense and the new location is in a awful, crime ridden part of town where I was welcomed by ants in my room and on the desk. After several attempts for satisfaction, no help from management or Marriott Bonvoy in this matter and no apologies because this $125/nite hotel was selling for much much more due to high DC occupancy this month (yeah, scroll class trips all in town not helping either.) they simply pushed me to the curb with no regard for this loyal customer. Keep it up Marriott, we’re all watching you dismantle your loyalty program. BTW, isn’t this price gauging! Try this during a hurricane in a southern state and you could end up behind bars.
