The recepton area was not welcoming. Service was very ĺimited. Many of the workers were unfriendly. Breakfast was in very limited proportions.

We loved our stay at this hotel! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and the front desk people were very helpful and recommended us to several bars and restaurants in the area

The woman behind the desk was reading her book when I checked in. She tried to charge me twice for parking but quickly fixed it when I called out her error. The beds are comfortable but the room shows wear and tear with the windows looking like they’ve seen better days and spots on the ceiling. Your choices in Alexandria are pretty limited but I would try something else.

The hotel is older so it doesn't have some of the amenities that the newer courtyards have. The neighborhood is quiet and adjacent to everything. They have a great evening & overnight shift. They were so helpful and accomodating. The morning crew needs some work, they are not pleasant or welcoming.

This hotel is close to the Metro but you have to walk up and over a major highway overpass. The food options are across from the metro so you must walk over this overpass each time. The hotel is Ok with Ice machines but during our stay the ice machines were only working on the higher floors and we had to take the elevator to them to get ice each time. italian Restaurants and the super market close by close their food choices early around 8 pm.

A very good place. Clean and responsive staff. Eight minute walk to transportation, or the place could arrange transport for you. Oh, and the price was right!
