Needs kitchen ware and supplies and someone at the front desk because they are always on 15mij breaks which is the entire night

Really bad serice really dirty

NEVER make a reservation here. I had a reservation (and so did the other two people waiting trying to get a room) and when I showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon, they said sorry no rooms available and cancelled my reservation and told me there was nothing they could do. So it was 100 degrees out and I was traveling with my two dogs with no place to stay. I tried to call customer service and they tell me to talk to the hotel (not helpful since the hotel is the problem). I will never stay here. POOR customer service and the hotel looked dirty as well.

When we checked into our room for a seven night stay, there were muddy boot prints in the bathroom and kitchen, and a purple fake nail on the floor by the bed. The bathroom mirror was filthy and the while the toilet bowl was clean, the rim of the bowl was nasty. There was also only one towel. My husband asked if they would clean it up. It looks like they swept somewhat the next day, the boot prints weren't as prominent but the fake nail was still there. There was two towels. The toilet and mirror were still nasty. One of the handicapped parking spots had a car parked there that is missing a wheel. So it's been there a long time. The other handicapped spot was continuously occupied by a white truck. Neither vehicle had a handicapped placard. There must be a number of people living there who are working in the area. It gets a bit noisy around 6 am. That was not an issue. On day four my husband asked if housekeeping could come and clean the room and bring towels. He was rudely informed that this was an extended stay and that they did not provide housekeeping. He could bring the dirty towels and they would exchange them. Someone like a boss must have heard that exchange because the next day the room was thoroughly cleaned. Bed was made with fresh sheets, the floors were cleaned, even the bathroom mirror and toilet had been cleaned. There was plenty of nice towels and even soap! Too bad it took them four days to do this! I have stayed at many Extended Stays and housekeeping is provided every 3 or 4 days. The rooms are clean when you check in. They give you soap and sufficient towels. I know what to expect from Extended Stays and this is not it! The only positives was the bed was comfortable, the shower was clean with good water pressure. The area was relatively quiet and about as safe as you're going to get in Albuquerque. Bottom line, there are other places to stay in Albuquerque.
