My stay was sub par. I am a Diamond Member of Choice Rewards and I travel a lot, Basically, the rooms are kept poorly, clean but cheaply done. The beds are cheap spring frames and squeak every time you move. There is rust in the shower. The pool rules say open until midnight but kicked out at 10pm. For prices changed for a room, I definitely do not recommended staying here. Prices are in the range of much higher quality hotels and the quality here does not meet the standard. The hotel grounds are not well kept, half the hotel is painted one color and it looks like the painters just stopped painting and left the other half. Pigeon poop is all over the walkways and stair wells are in bad shape and need repair.

Once we got into our room…The first room they gave us was still not cleaned from the last guests. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges. You could see pilot garbage all over the property. Around 3:30 in the morning you can hear some couple fighting and breaking glass. Then again around 6:00. The breakfast was a joke the waffle area was a mess and no syrup. All that was clean and decent was the coffee. All I have to say is this hotel is very misleading by the pictures. Stay away if you have a family and are looking for somewhere decent to stay if you’re in Albuquerque.
