Travelodge by Wyndham Albuquerque East

There was nothing about this property that we enjoyed. We reserved 2 rooms through Travelocity but opted to "Pay at the Property." When we arrived to our rooms, they wreaked of cigarette smoke and the bedding had numerous cigarette burns in it. The sheets on every bed were stained. Some gray, some green, and 1 appeared to have a blood stain. The hardwood floors were covered in grit and sand. In one of the bathrooms, there was a dried up, crusty sponge left in the sink. We went back to the front desk to complain, only to find another person that had been moved to 3 different rooms all with the same issues. We decided we were not staying and wanted our money back. The hotel said that Travelocity needed to refund our money. We contacted Travelocity who said because we Paid at the Property, Travelodge was in charge of the refund. We showed the front desk the charges to our bank account were from Travelodge but they denied responsibility. This place is not only disgusting but they're thieves. I will never stay at another Travelodge.

It was a nice room. I just could no longer afford it. I loved how comfortable the beds were. The water stayed not for a long time in the shower. Also they always had enough towels to go around. I never was told that they didn't have enough towels..

Worst hotel in all of America probably That was the scariest hotel I have stayed in in my life. Looks nothing like the photos!!!! The smoke detector was pulled out and replaced with napkins shoved into the hole, there were multiple stains on all the sheets and pillow cases, the AC was so loud, anytime anyone in the nearby rooms talked or slammed their doors, the whole building would shake. The lamps didn’t have any bulbs, there was flies everywhere, the bathroom had weird red stains (maybe hair dye or something?) and it was just absolutely awful and scary being there. Had to use our own blankets from our car because it felt so unclean being there. If I wasn’t there for just 6-7 hours to sleep on a road trip, I definitely would have gone somewhere else. For the price they charge you, this hotel is NOT worth it. Oh- and sketchy people are always loitering in the area so it feels unsafe getting out of your car just to enter the sketchy front lobby!!!! Wish I could get a refund for how terrible that experience was. Even the hotel staff was telling us how unsafe the area is and how crummy the hotel is. There is no fridge and no microwave there for the two queen bed rooms. The rooms smell funky. And there is no breakfast available at the hotel. The lack of breakfast is something I was aware of but they have images of coffee makers in the hotel description and even that wasn’t provided to us. Terrible experience and I regretted taking my family and two young daughters there.

Absolutely the filthiest, most disgusting motel I have ever seen. Stained, dirty sheets. Obviously not changed from last customer. Took the fitted sheet off and there were blood stains on the mattress cover. Snot etc on the pillows. 2 dogs barking right next door despite no pet policy. Management doesn’t care at all. Sure it was cheap but Jesus come on, WASH THE SHEETS. Not fit for human habitation.

Nothing happened and was a good stay
