Room had a stain on the floor and there was a moth in the room. Location is great, right by I40 in the middle of Albuquerque. Staff was ok, not nice, but not rude either. Bed and shower were great, but the bathroom was ridiculously small. Breakfast was good, but some things were precariously placed, like the half-working toaster on a shaky stand and the drink pitchers on a shifty ice bed.

My wife and I stayed for one night at the Crowne Plaza, and our experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in was quick and friendly, with the staff making us feel welcome right away. The room was large and spacious, which was a plus, and the price was reasonable for what we got. However, the room was very dated, with outdated furnishings and decor that showed the hotel’s age. The sleep comfort was average, rating a 3 out of 5 due to the bed being decent but not particularly cozy or well-maintained. Overall, while the friendly service, spacious room, and reasonable price were highlights, the dated condition of the hotel and average sleep comfort were drawbacks. The hotel needs renovations to elevate the experience. I’d hesitate to stay again unless updates are made.

great hotel, big spacious and busy! They actually have HOT breakfast, you do have to pay for it but well worth it. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Parking spaces are kinda tight but were ok. Comfy bed, pillows and sheets. No complaints will def stay here when in Albuquerque.

I stayed here for work reasons for two weeks. Reception was good and checked us in quickly; there was also ample free parking. My room was clean and tidy, yes a little dated, but we are staying in ABQ, lots of browns! Lots of hot water for showering and generally quiet at night. We did use the pool once, again, clean and well maintained. It is in Albuquerque, so it is a little rough around the edges, so do not expect it to be Dubai. Overall, a lovely stay. The two gentlemen who were on the front desk were fantastic.

The receptionist was a very polite young man who was a veteran like me. I had a nice conversation with him, and all of the staff were welcoming. The rooms are nice and the hotel is well maintained. Understand that i didn't have a refrigerator or microwave in my room, which is normally a detergent, but I was prepared with my cooler and ice. Ordered delivery for hot food, so it was no big deal to me for one night there. This was a nice stop on our way to the Grand Canyon.

Property was centrally located (thus loud street noise). Majority clean. Pull out couch-bed mattress was disgusting.
